00:00Hello, my name is Lisa Nakam, I am the General Director of Jonak.
00:09Jonak is a women's shoe brand that has existed for 58 years.
00:13It is a family business that was founded by my grandfather.
00:18At the very beginning, we had a real lack of support with the solution we were using.
00:23Clearly, we had a solution that worked, but there was no follow-up at all at that level,
00:28and so we could not progress because we were a little bit left to ourselves
00:31on the use of the reader.
00:33It was one of the central points.
00:35Then, we concretely needed a reliable reader,
00:39which is still central because the video is taking up more and more space today
00:43in the company's life and especially on all the digital issues.
00:46And so we needed to find the right partner to help us grow on this whole part.
00:53So, Dailymotion has already helped us a lot in terms of reactivity.
01:00That is to say that as soon as we contacted them, at the very beginning,
01:03in fact, they accompanied us, even at the level of the offer call,
01:06to define exactly our needs.
01:08So, it was one of the points that we really appreciated,
01:12even before signing, in fact, concretely.
01:15They helped us to define exactly our needs,
01:19and they allowed us to clearly have this security of the reader that works,
01:24but also all the harmony of brands that we were looking for,
01:27because, in fact, any reader does not do things the same way.
01:31There was still an image subject for us that was very important.
01:35It had to be based on the global image that we wanted to give back to Jonak.
01:43And at that level, Dailymotion really raised the bar.
01:47So, Dailymotion was marked a lot by the reactivity of the teams,
01:51by the support they provided us throughout the project,
01:56and which they still provide us today in the day-to-day.
01:58So, we had a problem subject.
02:01We clearly had the management of a bug on a sales launch.
02:04And then, really, we were picked up at 2 a.m. by the support service,
02:08which is located in Australia or New Zealand.
02:10I don't remember exactly where.
02:12There, for once, great performance, because the problems were solved right away.
02:15And, honestly, we didn't expect such reactivity from the company.
02:20And then, in the support that we have regularly,
02:24in the relationship that we have to progress, to try to move forward,
02:28to ensure that it is a long-term business and not just a partner that we plug in,
02:32and then it works, and we don't talk to each other for three years.
02:35Dailymotion's offer was the most interesting on the market.
02:38So, financially speaking, it was very well positioned.
02:40That's what allowed us, in addition, not to hesitate to go through with it,
02:44because, in addition to having everything we needed in terms of quality,
02:47it was the best positioned in terms of price.
02:53So, there, I think the really interesting point to highlight
02:57is the increase in the conversion rate on the articles that present videos,
03:02versus those that don't.
03:03So, there, clearly, we were able to test it, observe it,
03:06and we have a 20% increase in the conversion rate
03:09on the articles that have a video, versus those that don't.
03:13I would highly recommend Dailymotion.
03:15By the way, I did it for everything we said, for this flexibility, this reactivity.
03:21Flexibility is also a point that we did not raise, but which is quite important in the offer.
03:26In fact, we agree on a volume, in quotes,
03:29but then, in the timing of the contract, it is variable,
03:33and it also allows you to see what's coming.
03:36And so, for all these reasons, clearly, yes,
03:38I would recommend Dailymotion today as the best solution on the market
03:43in terms of video readers.
