00:22And that will be a new task for new CEO Brian Nickel,
00:25as he's actively addressing staffing concerns,
00:28acknowledging that understaffing can result in delays for baristas
00:32and longer wait times for customers.
00:34Many employees are hopeful that Nickel will introduce operational improvements
00:38similar to those he implemented at Chipotle.
