00:03What are the challenges faced by an operator?
00:05Basically, there are three.
00:07From an economic point of view,
00:09hydrogen has, let's say,
00:12higher cost problems compared to other fuels.
00:18This is where incentives such as PNR-R come in handy,
00:23which help this land use.
00:25Although, from this point of view,
00:27an additional effort must be made
00:30to support operating costs,
00:33that is, the electricity that is used.
00:35A second point to direct, in our opinion,
00:37is also to support the demand.
00:39There is no hydrogen market.
00:41An industrialist who wants to switch to hydrogen
00:44has to invest in their own plants,
00:46as well as a transport company
00:48that wants to evaluate hydrogen trucks.
00:51These are vehicles that currently cost more than normal.
00:54So, again, we have to think about the demand.
00:57The last aspect, in our opinion,
00:59is also quite important.
01:01The development of renewable energies
01:04to produce hydrogen for electrolysis
01:06is very important
01:08and poses important challenges,
01:10especially in the light of a very rigid European norm.
01:13So, we are also trying to convey the message
01:18that we want to convey.
01:19In general, we need a market that does not exist,
01:21that is balanced,
01:22with a more flexible and pragmatic approach
01:24to give time to the implementation of the first projects
01:27and, therefore, the start of a hydrogen economy.
