00:00Just that first and foremost just an absolute diamond of a of a boy. I mean he's
00:07When I when I came into Bournemouth, this was a young man that
00:11Had never really stepped foot on in the professional environment had been released from Arsenal
00:17And as soon as I stepped in the one thing I noticed with him was his endeavor and his work effort
00:22And for me for someone like me as a coach that goes a long way really
00:27He earned the right to to get his opportunity at Bournemouth first and foremost and won because of his quality for sure and I see that
00:35but just just him as a boy and him as a professional is
00:39His first and foremost is superb really so
00:42It's easy for me to comment on Jadon because I've worked with him and it speeds up the process for me
00:47Certainly when you sign a player like Jadon because he's worked with me and he knows
00:51Exactly what what I'm gonna want certainly from his position really, but he's a top player
00:57I've been through a lot as well and it's probably fair play to him and the the measurement of the man
01:02He is really so it'd be vitally important for us. Hence why we signed him this year and I was absolutely delighted
01:08He got his goal today. He's pleased for him
01:10Well, he took his opportunity and I always speak about that, you know first and foremost
01:14You need to grab you need you need to get an opportunity
01:16You know, I went into that football club and straight away just not just from his quality, but just from his general demeanor
01:23Gave me the confidence to give him the opportunity now that's over to him
01:27So I'm not taking any credit in that by any means
01:29It's over to him to now go and take that chance and he took that to he took exactly that he was pivotal in the
01:35Year, we went up with Bournemouth
01:36And I'm hoping that I'll be the same this year
