00:00What's up guys, today we're gonna be checking out the Anker Prime
00:03It is a smart ultra powerful desktop charging station here
00:07We got 250 watts total output
00:104 USB type C, 2 USB type A
00:13Smart power controls, we also have that little dial on here as well
00:17We have a screen on here, it's about a 2 inch display
00:22And it's a very very cool accessory
00:26You can charge your Samsung devices, Apple devices
00:29And then of course, pretty much anything else
00:33We also have laptops on here and all types of stuff
00:36So let's go ahead and get into it
00:38We also have universal compatibility on here as well too
00:41So we have that 4.0 technology here
00:44So let's go ahead and open this up
00:46Alright, let's get this out of the box here
00:59Okay, so here we have our charging station
01:05It is a lot smaller than I thought it was gonna be
01:09On the pictures, which is good
01:13So we should be able to fit this on our desktop setup, no problem
01:18Very high quality, definitely it's got a little bit of weight to it as well too
01:22You can just tell it's a very premium device here
01:26Alright, so let's see what else we got in the box here
01:30Just some paperwork as well, 140 watts, super fast charging animations
01:36And then it just tells you the status and stuff like that
01:41And you can plug it up, which is really nice
01:44Alright, here's the cable here
01:47So, looks like we got a pretty good length on this one
01:50So, shouldn't have any problems with that
01:53Yeah, very good length
01:54Alright, so we are all plugged up guys
01:56And as you guys can see, at the bottom we do have the rubber here
02:01So it doesn't slip, which is something I always appreciate here
02:04But like I said, it's small enough where you can put it in your desktop setup
02:08And it won't affect the space of your setup too much
02:12Again, so let's go over the hardware
02:14We do have the two USB ports here
02:18We also have a very satisfying dial here
02:23So we can kind of scroll through which charger we want to see
02:28And how much it's charging
02:30And I'll show you guys that
02:31If you press it, then we can actually mess with the settings
02:35So we can affect the screen brightness as well
02:38We have a screen timeout mode
02:41We have an AI mode on here as well
02:43Knob orientation, so we can change that
02:46And we can also connect to Wi-Fi
02:48This does have Bluetooth, so we are connected through that
02:51Through the application
02:53Screen saver, we have a clock screen saver as well
02:56And then our reset and back
03:01And if you guys see up front, we do have our four USB type C ports
03:06Which is what I'm excited about the most here
03:10Which is really awesome
03:12And I absolutely love this for a phone that primarily focuses on smartphones
03:17Just to see how many watts I'm getting with the phones is very interesting
03:23But yes, that's pretty much the gist for the hardware here
03:28You do have an application that you can get for iPhone or Android
03:33And you can see it will show you basically what the screen will show you
03:38And then it will show you this, it will show you real time data as far as the charging
03:43And then you also have the AI power mode here
03:46Which is pretty cool
03:47So this mode allows you setting up two ports for priority charging
03:51Which is really nice
03:53And then you have dual laptop mode
03:55Which basically prioritizes charging two laptops to make sure they receive the power first
04:00So you can sort of toggle basically what you want to be charged as a priority
04:05You also have a low current mode on here
04:07This mode reduces output power to conserve battery life of phones and other low power devices
04:14So I really like that
04:16The AI mode will identify it for you
04:19But you can also toggle this manually if you want to as well
04:23And then you also have your switch controls
04:24What's pretty cool about this is we can turn a port off
04:29Which is pretty nice
04:31And you can see right here we can actually have a shutdown timer too
04:35So this goes really into detail on how you can charge your devices
04:40So let's go ahead and actually plug some stuff up so we can see this in real time
04:43Let's go ahead and charge up our S24 Ultra here and see what we get
04:52So we're going to go ahead and charge this up
04:59Alright we are fast charging
05:01So let's see what we're actually charging at here
05:05So we're at 40% on the S24
05:08So it's saying that we're at 27% or 27 watts
05:16And then if we look on the screen here
05:22If we look on the screen here you can see
05:25It's also showing me 2 and then it's also showing me real time as well
05:34Pretty cool
05:35So if I press this button here it should stop it
05:43Yeah and it just stopped, turned it off
05:45So you can turn it off from the app
05:48And that works flawlessly, very cool
05:52Let's charge up the iPhone here
05:59And this is Apple's official cable
06:07Alright so the iPhone is saying that we're at 21, 22 watts
06:16So we're still pretty stable with the S24
06:20The S24 basically stopped at around 28, 27 watts
06:33Yeah everything looks really well
06:35We can still see our total real time watts here
06:41So you can see how much power it's actually putting out there
06:46Alright so now we got iPhone 16 here
06:48We'll plug that up
06:49And we're gonna try to plug up all the ports here
06:52And see if it'll charge everything
06:56We got one more
07:00We got the 16 Pro Max here
07:03And we'll go ahead and charge this one up
07:07See if this is charging, yeah
07:09Alright and we also got one more phone
07:12The Xiaomi here
07:15So now we got every port on here charging
07:21So we got a total of 80 watts being put out here
07:28So we're at 4.5 watts on the A7.5
07:37And then the headphones are taking up the least
07:39Also what's pretty cool you can see I unplugged one of them
07:42And you can see the picture actually updated
07:45Which I thought was a little cool attention to detail
07:49Alright guys so that is pretty much it
07:50I really like the hardware
07:52I like that it's somewhat compact
07:54So you can put it on your desk
07:56And it won't take up a lot of space
07:58And then also unfortunately I don't have a MacBook
08:00But this will charge your MacBook on the USB C1 port
08:04It'll charge it to 50% in 25 minutes
08:07Which I think is pretty cool
08:09So that's really awesome for that
08:12And if you do a lot of productivity stuff
08:14Charging devices like me
08:16If I'm testing phones out
08:18I charge quite a bit of phones at one time
08:20This will definitely be able to get the job done no problem
