00:00What's up guys today we're going to be checking out the Wimius K9. I want to
00:04thank them for sending this out and sponsoring this video. So let's go ahead
00:07and check this out. I'm really excited. This one has Netflix certification on it
00:12so it is certified and then it also has Dolby Atmos. You also have 4k, Wi-Fi 6,
00:18Bluetooth. It's native 700 ANSI and then we also have the auto keystone and you
00:24also do have 7,000 plus applications as well too. So let's go ahead and check
00:29this one out. Alright so one of the first things in the box is the iOS. It's a
00:34screencast device. It's a dongle basically and you can go ahead and plug
00:39this up if you use iPhone. I'm going to be using Android so I'm not going to need
00:45that but it's nice that they put it in there. Alright so we do have a remote
00:54controller and this is actually a remote that's not super basic. So most projector
00:59remotes are very basic. This has your Netflix button, your YouTube button,
01:03Amazon Prime button, web browser on here, your focus minus you know all the
01:09essential buttons on here. So that's really nice and let's see what kind of
01:14batteries they take. Okay cool. Alright we get a microfiber cloth, a blue one
01:23which is really nice. I actually really like this color and then of course we
01:27get the HDMI and our power cable. So let's go ahead and get the projector out.
01:40Alright boom. Very nice. I really like the look of it as well too. Alright we
01:51got our lens cap on here. You can see the autofocus. It's native 1080p but like I
01:55said you can watch 4k content on here. So our power button, vents and let's go to
02:04the back of here. Alright so we have our internet, we have two USBs, two HDMIs, the
02:10IR blaster you can see in the headphone jack and that's pretty much it. So this
02:15one doesn't have any controls so we're going to be to use a remote. Alright guys we
02:22went ahead and booted the projector up and you saw how fast the auto keystone
02:26was and then you are greeted by this home screen menu right here as well and
02:31just you know briefly just look at the clarity of the projector. Very good color
02:37on here as well too. And yeah so you just sign into Wi-Fi and you pretty much have
02:43access to all of your big major applications like YouTube, Netflix and
02:48then there's an app store and then there's a browser on here as well too
02:53which is really nice. So you kind of don't have to set up anything you know
02:58for most people I am going to set up my my phone with it but just as a projector
03:03itself you know you can pretty much just go into it and you don't have to worry
03:07about you know connecting your iPhone or Android device if you don't want to.
03:13Alright so on your phone you're just gonna go to your screencast and you just
03:18pull it up on the projector and we're just gonna do Samsung desktop support
03:23and it'll pretty much you know find it. So you can see smart projector, start
03:31Samsung DeX and then boom. All we're gonna do is grab our remote controller
03:38and press OK. So very very easy it really it's very straightforward. Alright so we
03:48got Samsung desktop support booted up here and like I said the best thing
03:51about this projector is that it is certified to work with Netflix you know
03:57right out the box and on other projectors that does not have the
04:00certification when we pulled up Netflix it would be blocked but on here we can
04:05just actually go straight into Netflix and let me turn this down a little bit. I
04:10can't play too much of it because of copyright but you guys can see I just
04:16come into it and turn it down and you can see look at that picture super super
04:22clear. Looks really really good guys. No latency issues or anything like that
04:28I'll turn the volume up a little bit.
04:32Alright so we do have Dolby Atmos speakers on here and I got the speakers
04:36up and we'll go ahead and max it out but let's go ahead and hear what it sounds
04:40like at a pretty high volume.
05:02Yeah so the speaker quality actually sounds very very good so I'm pretty
05:10impressed with it for the most part. The clarity on here is really good it
05:15sounds way better than I would say like 90% of speakers. Alright so next I do
05:19want to test out PUBG. You can see I have it running here on the S21 FE and just
05:26to check out the latency on here. Now if you plug it up to HDMI of course you can
05:30expect pretty much zero you know latency of course. I want to see how this
05:34does on here and it's actually pretty smooth so you guys can see.
05:47It's definitely playable and again we're at a pretty high graphics so anything
05:52else like anything that's kind of light like I'll show you guys like Subway Surf
05:58and right here as a game like Subway Surf you can see we're able to play
06:02pretty well too. So overall I really like it I really like the color on here it's
06:08very vibrant as well as you guys can see the picture is super super clear now
06:13you can see that. So overall I'm really happy with this projector it being
06:19certified Netflix and having actually a very good speaker setup. Honestly you
06:25don't even really have to put external speakers on here it's a very clear and
06:28good amount of bass so really like the product. Be sure to let me know what you
06:32guys think and I'll catch you guys in the next one.
