00:42the New England rushing attack or lack thereof is absolutely dreadful and as I mentioned last week
00:49Drake may kind of look good last week against the Texans and this week he goes out for 37
00:55attempts 276 through the air and two touchdowns. If the New England rushing game is going to be
01:01this bad with Romandre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson and they're trusting Drake May a rookie
01:06quarterback to throw the ball nearly 40 times it does not matter how ineffective he will be at
01:13times. There's value in his past attempts prop and there will be value in his yardage prop because
01:19he's going to get there through attrition and he's going to get there at garbage time at the
01:22end of the game because they're going to their defense is horrible so they're going to be down
01:27by 20 points constantly they have to pass the ball so we don't care if they're pretty passes we don't
01:32care how efficient they are just get the ball out of his hands and start picking up yards and hitting
01:39overs on props is what we care about so attempts and yards may actually be a pretty good thing for
01:44Drake May. I'm actually on board with that because you know that he's consistently going to try to
01:50prove a point that he probably could have taken that job out the gate for one for two that run
01:54game being abysmal. It's just like you know it is fair I guess I'm glad you say that because
01:59preseason they he drew in a little bit of hope with this fan base and the way that they just
02:04kind of pivoted that one rather than just starting to groom him for that position doesn't make as
02:09much sense to me but then the run game being what it is after the first two weeks of this season
02:13did we actually think Stevenson was going to be that for this I know obviously offensive line and
02:18so many other factors play into this but it's just been a rough watch so I love that point out
02:22that you make there in terms of how to kind of gauge when it comes to May and definitely something
02:26to look forward to football fans.
