00:00It's 32-16, the Jags do get themselves a win over there, the Patriots fall to 1-6, so they
00:08are a long way from that opening win week in Cincinnati, they've lost six in a row.
00:14Here is rookie head coach Gerard Mayo, let's just say Scottie, telling us like how he really
00:20feels about his team after the loss.
00:22Disappointing game, disappointing game.
00:24We came out, we started fast, what I would say is look, we're a soft football team across
00:27the board.
00:28We talk about what makes a tough football team, that's being able to run the ball, that's
00:32being able to stop the run, and that's being able to cover kicks, and we did none of those
00:35today.
00:36They controlled the ball for most of the day, their run game averaged over four and a half
00:40yards a carry, our run game, not sure what the average was, but it wasn't good.
00:45Look, back to the drawing board, I mean we can't sit here and pout, we just got to put
00:51the game together.
00:52Back to the drawing board.
00:53We suck and we have to get better.
00:56Now, he of course, that ruffled a lot of feathers, that comment in the New England
01:02area this morning, calling the team soft.
01:06So he has already walked that back when he did his weekly radio spots this morning up
01:14there in Boston.
01:15What a fam, why did he do that?
01:17He said, I wasn't calling the team itself soft, I was calling the way we played in that
01:25game soft.
01:27I know I have tough players on the team.
01:29A lot of scrambling by Gerard Mayo this morning there in the New England area.
01:34So what a shame.
01:35I just want your under four and a half to hit, I don't care about anything else.
01:40We're getting there, we're getting there, a lot quicker than I thought after they beat
01:44Cincinnati the first game.
01:46But I will say this, second week in a row, I don't think May's that bad.
01:50May's actually, he's okay, I mean the rest of the team sucks around him, but I actually
01:54think May can play.
01:56Keep playing him, he should never not start again.
02:01In fact, they'd probably have more wins if he played since the beginning of the season.
02:04If they would have played him the first five weeks, he probably would have gotten him a
02:07couple of wins.
