00:15before announcing more details about the locations
00:18for Labor's election promise
00:20to fund 50 new bulk-billing GP clinics across the state.
00:24The $365 million pledge would be funded from additional borrowings.
00:29And today Mr Miles says 38 clinics would be established in the regions.
00:3438 of them will be in regional Queensland,
00:386 of them in the Mackay-Whitsunday region.
00:41So we've allocated them based on areas with the lowest rates of bulk-billing.
