00:13Fishermen are no longer allowed to fish in the residents of Barangay Bubon, Burgos, Ilocos Norte of the Philippine Coast Guard Substation of Naturang Bayan.
00:22According to a member of PCG Burgos, they are now prohibited from fishing in the residents of Naturang Barangay where their boats are parked in Bubon, Bayok.
00:32They will continue to guard the area, which is one of the coastal barangays of the city of Burgos.
00:38Meanwhile, Governor Mathew Marcos Monotox gave a directive to all mayors in Ilocos Norte to mobilize resiliency teams,
