Red Chilli Flakes / Kuti Lal Mirch 1/2 tsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp or To Taste
Egg White 3 Eggs
Corn Flour 4 tbsp
Mix Well
Leave It For 15 Minutes
Oil For Frying
Fry Chicken in Hot Oil
Fry Chicken Until Golden
Oil 1/4 Cup
Garlic / Lehsan ( Chopped ) 1 tbsp
Fry For 1 Minute
Carrot / Gajer ( Cut Into Small ) 1 Small
Onion / Pyaaz ( Cut Into Cubes ) 1 Medium
Red Chilli Flakes / Kuti Lal Mirch 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar / Sirka 1 tbsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp or To Taste
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 tsp
Hot Sauce 1 tbsp
Capsicum / Shaimla Mirch ( Cut Into Cubes ) 2 Medium
Water 1/2 Cup
Add Fried Chicken
Corn Flour 2 tbsp Add Water To Make A Slurry
Add Corn Flour Slurry
Cook For 1 Minute & Close The Flame
Garnish With Green Onion
Chicken Manchurian Ready To Serve
