00:13Residents of Barangay Santo Domingo are experiencing heavy flooding.

00:27This is the aftermath of heavy flooding.

00:31According to residents here, it started flooding at 12 midnight.

00:35Around 2 am, the flood reached the roof of our building.

00:42Inside the houses, it reached the first floor.

00:45That's why the residents are moving their belongings to the second floor.

00:52Around 7 o'clock, 6 or 7 in the morning, the flood reached this area.
