02:21One of the barangays that was severely affected by the storm surge was the coastal barangay of Manibok.
02:27Residents in Sitio Villa, Manibok, Sitio Kasulmingtu, and Castillo Baybay were the most affected.
02:33When the water level rose, I told the people that we are going to evacuate.
02:41Aside from Binmalay and Linggayan, storm surge was also felt in Alamino City, Infanta, Dagupan City, San Fabiana, Labrador, Sual, and Bolinao.
02:52Residents in Narciso Sports and Civic Center Gymnasium in Linggayan, Pangasinan were evacuated.
02:58We left at 3 am because the road was closed.
03:03Along with Christian, 10 other family members were evacuated, including his 8-month-old brother.
03:10It's hard. Even the children are having a hard time.
03:14Aside from those evacuated in Narciso Gym, other residents were evacuated to various evacuation centers in Linggayan.
