00:24The Buntun River in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, has already exceeded the critical level of 11 meters.

00:34At the same time, more than 30 barangays in the province were also flooded.

00:38Sepifania fled after the flood entered her house in Barangay Gosisur.

01:54In the town of San Pablo, houses were flooded in Barangay Karalukod.

02:03Residents are building their own tents here in Barangay Karalukod after the flood entered their houses.

02:17According to the authorities, it's possible that one more will reach their house

02:30According to the monitoring of the CDRRM, as of 7.30 p.m., it's 10.9 meters above the Bunton River.
