उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर में एक हजार करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा की सरकारी जमीन की पावर ऑफ अटॉर्नी करने वाले पर एक लाख रुपए का इनाम घोषित किया गया है। इस मामले में बीते 28 जुलाई 2024 को कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था। जिसमें हरेंद्र मसीह फरार चल रहा है। पुलिस उपायुक्त पूर्वी श्रवण कुमार सिंह ने यह जानकारी दी है।
