Around 400 people, including members from various NGOs, PAS, and local residents, gathered near Teluk Intan's Leaning Tower on Saturday (Oct 26) evening, where the Perak PAS commissioner delivered a speech.

In a statement on Sunday, Perak Police Chief Datuk Comm Azizi Mat Aris said authorities had not been notified of the gathering, prompting an investigation under Section 9(1) of the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012.

00:422012 for lack of notification and plan to request an order to investigate to gather
00:48statements and complete the investigation.
00:51Commissioner Azizi cautioned the public against participating in gatherings that may disrupt

00:59On Saturday, he also noted that police received 16 reports concerning the raising of the
01:05Chinese national flag at a recent cultural event in Teluk Intan.
