00:00The Albay Provincial Government is now talking about the distribution of a total of P50 million in aid to the people of Binagyo.

00:26because a part of the Piuduran Road here in the mountainous area of Ligao was cut off

00:42The Singapore Air Force's C-130 Cargo Aircraft arrived at Daraga International Airport earlier

00:48to deliver relief goods to Albay.

00:50This is in addition to the aid that is being delivered to the 12,000 families who are still in evacuation centers.

00:57The Provincial Government is busy packing rice and food for the towns of Oas, Pulanggi, and Libon

01:04that still have floods in some places.

01:06Meanwhile, the road in Masarawag Barangay in Ginubatan, Albay, which was flooded by floods after the river overflowed,

01:14there is still no electricity in the town of Piuduran.

01:18But in the town of Ligao, the repair of the Piuduran Road is in a hurry

01:22because half of it was flooded because of the landslide.

01:25Only one lane can be passed, but it is dangerous because of the depth of the ravine.

01:31According to the Albay Provincial Safety and Emergency Management Office,

01:35the impact of the storm will reach 1.3 billion pesos on the infrastructure of the province.

01:41Earlier, the officials of the Albay Provincial Government met to discuss how to distribute the 50 million pesos assistance

01:50given by President Marcos.

01:52Preparations are also being discussed in case the province is affected by the upcoming storm.

01:59Earlier, four trucks of rice from the National Food Authority and Food Terminal Incorporated arrived for the farmers.

02:07Yesterday, an emergency food truck also brought the Australian Ambassador to the Philippines for the people of Camarines Sur.
