00:00A man was killed after he was shot by his neighbor in Antipolos City.

00:05The source of the crime is a fight in a pond.

00:29The incident happened in Summerville Subdivision in Barangay Mayamot early in the afternoon last Friday.

00:36According to the police, the shooter was accused of being a water container.

01:27The victim was identified as Alias Dan, a 50-year-old resident of Barangay Mambugan who works as a driver and bodyguard.

01:35The victim was taken to the hospital, but he was also declared a dead-on arrival.

01:39Some bullets were recovered from the crime scene.

01:42The suspect also used a .40 caliber gun and a .45 caliber gun that was fired at the victim.

01:48The guns were both licensed according to the police.

02:22In Antipolo Police Community, Presincua, the suspect was jailed for the homicide case.
