00:00Well it was, it ebbed and flowed during the day. We got off to a great start with the bat
00:05but then probably late on in our batting we didn't get to where we probably should
00:10have got and obviously leaving three overs unused at the end of our innings
00:14you sort of always wonder is that going to come back and bite you at the end of
00:17the day and then in the chase there was moments where I felt like we were on top
00:22moments where I felt like they were on top but one of the things we've worked
00:25really hard on during our preseason is resilience and being able to push
00:29back when an opposition pushes us so I thought we did that really well today.
00:33Well you've, as you said in there, you've matched it with the best the competitions
00:36got to offer now you can really take this on right now can't you?
00:38Oh well we'd like to think we can. We've worked really hard in a really
00:44focused manner during the preseason. We were disappointed with what we dished
00:48up against Wendaree in round one but I knew we were better than that.
00:52Hopefully that sets a standard for us to continue to play to for the rest of the year.
00:57Rather than getting it going, it's amazing what momentum that can build when you've got a player going off early.
01:03He's a very dynamic player. He hits a hard ball and once he gets away he's hard to contain.
01:11So that's obviously set our batting effort up.
01:14And Matty Aikman at the end really clutched those couple of wickets right at the end.
01:17Look Matt and Nate have been very good for a long period of time now and they're reliable.
01:26They're good because they're reliable. So yeah they were fantastic late on there.
