00:00Hello, it's Richard Hunt from the Blackpool Gazette.
00:03Police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision in Cleveleys last night.
00:10The 82-year-old man was crossing Victoria Road West at the junction with Daisy Bank, close to the Jolly Tarth pub in Cleveleys, when he was in collision with the motorbike.
00:22The incident occurred at around 7.30pm yesterday, Monday 28th October, as the man was crossing on a zebra crossing.
00:30The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains.
00:35The motorcyclist also suffered serious injuries where he was taken to hospital and also remains.
00:43Police say that anyone with information is able to contact them and they can quote the lock number 1266 of October 28th.
