00:07The Department of Interior and Local Governments assured the local governments

00:12the security and safe return to the nearby villages.

00:16Explained by DILG Secretary John V. Cremulia,

00:19this is in line with the expected increase of travelers and visitors to the cemeteries.

00:24He also reminded the LGUs to deploy traffic enforcers,

00:28barangay peacekeeping action teams, medical personnel, and other force multipliers.

00:34In addition, more than 27,000 PNP personnel will be deployed in public places

00:39to ensure the security and distribution of services to the villages.

00:44The official also reminded the public to follow the protocols in the cemeteries

00:49and to be vigilant against thugs and criminals during the villages.

00:56In our time, the typhoon Leyon is getting stronger

01:00while it is sweeping the area of Cagayana.

01:02The center of the typhoon is the last hope in the 395 kilometers distance

01:08east of Calayan, Cagayana.

01:10It is accompanied by a strong wind of 165 kilometers near the center

01:14and a gust of wind of about 205 kilometers per hour.

01:17It is moving at a high speed of 15 kilometers per hour.

01:23Signal No. 3 is in the Batanes and Silangang Bahagi of Babuyan Islands.

01:29Signal No. 2 is in the Nalalabim Bahagi of Babuyan Islands, Cagayana,

01:33northern and eastern portions of Isabela, Apayau, Calinga,

01:37northern and eastern portions of Abra, eastern portion of Mountain Province, and Ilocos Norte.

01:43Signal No. 1 is in the Nalalabim Bahagi of Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya,

01:47Nalalabim Bahagi of Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Abra, Ilocos Sur,

01:53La Union, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, northeastern portion of Tarlac,

01:59northern portion of Bulacan, northern portion of Quezon,

02:03including Polilio Islands, Camarines Norte, northern portion of Camarines Sur,
