03:17the northern part of Mountain Province, Ifugao, Binguet, the northern part of Abra, Ilocos Sur, La Union,

03:23Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, the northeastern portion of Tarlac,

03:28and here in the northern portion of Bulacan, northern portion of Quezon,

03:32including the Colilio Islands, Camarines Norte, northern portion of Camarines Sur,

03:37and northern and eastern portions of Catanduanes.

03:40In Albay, the wind signal is now lifted.

03:43We can see that the eye of the storm is defined. What does this mean?

03:51It means that the storm is more compact.

03:54It means that it is more concentrated in the middle,

03:57which is why it brings rain and wind.

04:00Although there is still rain in Memoropa and Western Visayas that is expected,

04:05but it is likely that it will receive heavy rain for now,

04:08which is what the storm will go through.

04:11And because the typhoon intensity reached super typhoon intensity,
