00:17Good morning. Unlike the past few days, COC and CONA have not signed yet.

00:22When did Comelec expect to sign?

00:37In the past two days, we had 5,407 filers from all over the Philippines.

04:20But again, those who are really serious, there are platforms, there are political parties, even if they don't have money.
