00:06against independent GMA contractors Giorgio Nones and Richard Cruz in relation to the
00:11Sandro Mulac case.
00:12The DOJ says Mulac was able to explain in detail what the two independent contractors
00:17allegedly did to him.
00:18The DOJ also affirms all the elements of sexual assault are present in Mulac's testimony.
00:23There was also the element of force and intimidation as Mulac proved to prosecutors he resisted
00:28Nones and Cruz's unwanted sexual advances.
00:30Mulac's sexual assault claims were first publicized in late July when it was reported
00:35that a young actor was allegedly sexually assaulted after the GMA gala by two GMA executives.
00:41Mulac filed a sexual molestation complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation
00:45on August 2.
00:46Mulac is a SPARQL artist signed under GMA.
