00:00The entire force of the government was deployed to monitor the situation in front of the Super Typhoon León
00:06under the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:10According to the Presidential Communications Office,
00:13the President was assigned to the movement of the typhoon
00:16as well as to the actions of the government agencies
00:21to help the affected residents.
00:24The Armed Forces of the Philippines immediately activated all of its units
00:29in preparation for possible rescue and relief operations.
00:33The AFP assured that it will use all of its resources
00:36to respond to the effects of the typhoon
00:39while continuing their movement to respond to the effects of the typhoon Christine.
00:45The AFP also ensured the immediate action at the time of the calamity
00:49to ensure that there will be no casualties
00:52while the DSWD prepositioned the necessary family food packs
00:57to the areas affected by the typhoon León.
01:00According to the NDRRMC,
01:02the government allocated more than Php 895 million
01:08to the affected areas of the typhoon Christine and León
