Nananawagan ng tulong ang nasa 100 magsasaka sa Baggao, Cagayan dahil sa epekto sa kanila ng Super Bagyong Leon. Kung noong nakaraang anihan ay lugi na sila, ngayon, mukhang kailangan na naman daw nilang umutang.

00:28that are being washed away by the flood.

00:35This is the aftermath of the super typhoon Leon in Bagao, Cagayan.

00:39We found the farmers in the nearby barangay of Hacienda Intal.

00:44We found Josie, who lost 3 tons of rice due to the flood.

00:50I hope there's a good heart that will help us

00:53so that we can get back what we lost because it's our debt.

00:58I don't know how to pay for it.

01:01She was able to save 45 tons of rice

01:04but some of it turned black and they said they'll have to sell it.

01:08The flood came from this stream

01:12that was just washed away by the typhoon

01:14and their bags of rice were swept away.

01:17Around 100 farmers are affected by the super typhoon Leon,

01:21according to one of the workers here.

01:22They lost money last time

01:24and they'll have to borrow again for the next crop.

01:28I just want to exchange the rice and the farming pots

01:32because the problem here is that

01:36even if this happens to us, we're paying the interest.
