00:53and then it would make it unviable, this is a thing, to purchase land. You can borrow

01:00money obviously but you've got to have assets to borrow money and without that you can't

01:07do it and it'll be a big worry for the next generation to actually do that and will it

01:13be worth it. So all in all this has left you feeling quite nervous about the future. It
