Naiyak ang isang bisita sa Tugatog Public Cemetery sa Malabon dahil wala ang mga pangalan ng mga yumao niyang mahal sa buhay sa Wall of Remembrance ng sementeryo kahit doon nakalibing. Wala rin ang mga pangalan nito sa master list ng mga hinukay na labi na bahagi ng re-development ng sementeryo na nagsimula noong 2021. Nakatutok si Darlene Cay.

00:00We were able to reach 74-year-old Carmen and her grandson here at Tugatog Public Cemetery in Malabon.

00:10She was looking for the names of her deceased son and mother on the wall of remembrance of the cemetery

00:15where the names of those buried here in Tugatog should be engraved.

00:20She climbed the walls, but she couldn't see the son, Teresita Francisco, and the mother, Enriquita Hover.

00:27I cried. I cried. I couldn't see.

00:31Last year, she couldn't find the names of her relatives.

00:36The graves of the deceased were not buried here,

00:39but this monumental wall was built for two people while the Tugatog Public Cemetery was still under construction.

00:46Even if it's just a name, I don't know if it's there.

00:50Nothing.

00:52It doesn't matter.

00:55Even my mother. I couldn't see her.

00:58She didn't go near the help desks around the cemetery because she was shy.

01:03So we accompanied her to ask around the Malabon LGU offices.

01:07Before we closed, we got a call to apply for all the graves here

01:12because, in exhumed, the family should be able to declare how many graves they have.

01:19However, Carmen's mother didn't hear about the application,

01:23so she couldn't apply to include the names of her son and mother in the Wall of Remembrance.

01:29The Malabon LGU authorities found the names of Carmen's mother's relatives

01:33in their master list of exhumed graves, but there are still none.

01:38That's why it's possible that it's in another part of the cemetery that hasn't been redeveloped yet.
