00:00With the way VJ is playing, are you going to miss each other up here?
00:06Share a break? Oh my God.
00:09Of course. I mean, and honestly, you still have not seen the best of VJ.
00:15Like, VJ is tremendous. I'm going to talk about it after the season, but
00:22hopefully one day he's represented in the country. I think VJ is that talented.
00:27And he's still getting comfortable. He's going to get in trouble for one thing.
00:32I called for him and he didn't finish it. But he's amazing.
00:37And he still hasn't 100% shown his complete batch, as we say.
00:43He can do so much more. And he's just getting there.
00:46But what I'm most proud of is his defense against guards out there today.
00:52He was defending guards at his size.
00:56And getting up there and challenging UE with their guard play.
01:00So, I just think we're still just seeing the beginning of what he's capable of doing.
01:04Coach, to follow up on that, VJ has always said that he idolizes Kevin DePaul.
01:09Do you think he earned you that level?
01:11I think so. Absolutely. And I think he's the future of the UEAP.
01:17And the future of Philippine basketball. As well as other guys.
01:19But he's definitely that talent. Because he can shoot the 3-ball.
01:23Although, 0 for 3 later.
01:28He can shoot the 3. He can put the ball on the ground.
01:31And there's still some moments where I can tell he's looking for his kuyas to play instead of him taking all the charge.
01:39But he's the future of the UEAP, for sure.
01:42Do you have any pressure?
01:46A little. But Coach and my kuyas are always there to support me.
01:52Enjoy the game and go with the flow.
