00:00Yeah, let's talk about the impact of Joe Flacco again, because I think that's the interesting
00:06bit here. So you've upgraded significantly in terms of passer from Anthony Richardson
00:11to Joe Flacco, a guy that's been there, done that. And I think it's very motivated once
00:14again to take another team, uh, that's kind of floundering possibly to the playoffs. And
00:20I think that means it's a buy for two wide receivers right now, because Michael Pittman
00:23has been dealing with a back issue most of this year, but he's deemed himself healthy
00:28and he's been playing these last few weeks. And Michael Pittman with Flacco had a touchdown
00:33in one of those two games, the same thing you could say about Josh Downs. So all of
00:37a sudden the equity for both of these guys goes way up. So Josh Downs, Michael Pittman
00:42right now are both guys that if you look at, you know, where they are, they're, they're
00:45kind of in that wide receiver three ish range, but there's a good chance that rest of season,
00:50these guys are going to play a lot more like wide receiver twos. Now, maybe an Alec Pierce
00:53steps in there or something like that at some point in time, but the consistency that we've
00:58seen at times, like even if you go back to last year with Gardner Minshew and Michael
01:01Pittman, right, Michael Pittman turned out a pretty good season last year, very strong
01:06year. Uh, you go back and look at the numbers for him. And I think we can all agree that
01:10Michael Pittman is very talented and Gardner Minshew is very mid. And I think that Joe
01:15Flacco can at least do a Gardner Minshew did last year potentially. And if he does, well,
01:20last year, Michael Pittman's coming off a season of 109 receptions, 1,152 yards. Now
01:24he only had four touchdowns. So Joe Flacco, I think will be a little bit better in those
01:28red zone opportunities a little bit, you know, more consistent there. Josh Downs last year,
01:34obviously, uh, you know, 17 games, he was a rookie, you know, he posted 771 yards. He
01:39only had two touchdowns. Now this year has got three touchdowns already. He's shown you,
01:42he has the pension for the big play. He's shown you, he's got the ability to go out
01:46there and make those big over the top moments. And Joe Flacco still has a really good deep
01:51ball and still as a guy that can throw the football a mile and Josh Downs becomes a really
01:57intriguing guy, especially in those half PPR leagues. Cause I think that touchdown equity
02:01might be more for him. Whereas the PPR equity might be more for Pittman. So I think you're
02:06going to see a very different offense with Joe Flacco. Like you kind of got teased a
02:10little bit when he did have those starts there in those games. And I'm excited to see this
02:15Shane Sikand is a really good football coach. This is the guy that helped that Eagles offense
02:19get all the way within a couple of plays of winning the Superbowl. And, you know, even
02:24last week, you know, again, it's that splash play ability of a guy like Josh Downs. It's
02:29really intriguing to me because in flex, that's a guy that could really win you a week, right?
02:34We has four catches for one Oh nine and a touchdown. Well, that's a hell of a day, you
02:38know? And I think you're going to see a lot more of those days potentially down the road
02:41here with Joe Flacco. And I think you're going to have to look ahead right now. And I think
02:45both guys are in that. They can be had for a decent amount. If you ask me who I'd rather
02:51have rest of season T Higgins or Michael Pittman, I think it's very close, right? Like, I think
02:55those are the kind of guys you're looking at in terms of health in terms of, you know,
02:59who's really playing for stuff, which teams are going the right direction, which ones
03:02might be going the wrong direction. The Colts defense also is part of this equation, because
03:06they're still not very good. So the Colts defense is still going to, you know, allow
03:11other offenses to be in games. That's a good thing. Fantasy points, right? So that's what
03:17you're looking for right here. So keep that in mind. These two Colts wide receivers are
03:20on my buy list and I'd be going aggressive after them.
