00:19Good afternoon, sir.
00:20Good afternoon, guys.
00:21I know there's a lot to break down from the game yesterday.
00:25I was just curious before the game started, can you tell us about that moment y'all got
00:29to share with Pam Oliver and bringing her that honorary jersey?
00:33Well, Pam's obviously been a great ambassador to the game and been a good friend of ours.
00:39She's covered many, many, many, many Cowboy games throughout the years and some big ones
00:46at that.
00:47But no, she's truly an ambassador to the NFL and has done an amazing job, you know, bringing
00:54the game to our fans at home and somebody we have the utmost respect for.
00:59There can be all kinds of information going across.
01:01I thought it would be best to get the information from you.
01:04Can you tell us any more about what exactly happened with Ezekiel Elliott and has he been
01:09late or absent from some of these meetings?
01:12No, it's certainly something that we're addressing and he has been.
01:16It was related to discipline and that's really all we have to say about it.
01:21It was obviously to a level that Coach McCarthy and the organization felt it should be addressed.
01:28And, you know, Zeke's a great competitor and been one of the great players to come through
01:33this door.
01:34And I know, you know, going forward, you know, he wants to continue that standard and certainly
01:41we expect that standard.
