01:11And I'm going to inform her on day one or sooner that if they don't stop this onslaught
01:19of criminals and drugs coming into our country,
01:24I'm going to immediately impose a 25% tariff
01:29on everything they send in to the United States of America.
01:38And the reason I delayed that is you're the first ones I've told it to.
01:42Congratulations, North Carolina.
01:45Think of this. I won't be doing this anymore with North Carolina.
01:49And I won't be doing this anymore with, after today.
01:53This is, I'm just thinking as I'm going through this, that this will be our final moment.
01:59But the really, the more exciting moment is going to begin.
02:04See, these moments of hundreds and hundreds of the most incredible rallies that any country,

02:16these really were just to create what we hopefully will create tomorrow,
