00:00More than 400 barangays in Cagayan are facing possible flooding and earthquakes.

00:05It was already alerted in the middle of the stormy weather in Baguio, Marseilles.

00:08Dina Villacampa of Radyo Pilipinas, Cagayan, is in the center of the news.

00:14Again, the member agencies of Cagayan Valley are alerted, RDRMC and local DRMC,

00:21for another bad weather.

00:33According to Ago Faril, head of MGB Region 2, there are 459 barangays that need to be monitored

00:39in the towns that are included in the result, Pamplona, Abulug, Baggao, Cataran, Gonzaga,

00:45Lalo, Peñablanca, Santa Ana, Apari, Camalaniugan, Alacapan, Barriesteros, Claveria,

00:51Sanchez Mira, Santa Traxedes, Alcala, Amulung, Bugay, Calayan, Santa Teresita, and Santa Niño,

00:58Pawang, in the province of Cagayan.

01:00According to Ago Faril, these areas are expected to experience 100 to 150 millimeters of rain,

01:07which will fall especially from November 4 to 9, 2024.

01:12The response teams of DSWT, DILG, DTWH, PGC, PNP, DFP, DICT, and five PDRMOs of the entire Region 2 also talked about this.

01:26In his directive, Chair Leong Rafael prepared the evacuation centers, relief goods, and response assets,

01:34to carry out the pre-emptive evacuation, listen to advisories, and ensure the safety of all those in the LGU.
