00:20carried out a Disaster Needs Assessment to the communities in Kagayan
00:24that were severely affected by the Ophel Storm in Riondos.
00:27This was carried out by the Philippine Air Force, DSWD, DSUD, and OCD.
00:35In the video, the Kagayan Valley was severely affected by the storm
00:39in a large part of Kagayan, particularly in the infrastructure sector
00:44because of the damaged bridges.
00:47Houses and schools were also damaged and the Kagayan Valley was also severely affected by the storm.
00:53We have continuous relief support.
00:56If there are identified needs on the ground, we need to provide assistance timely.
01:03Meanwhile, the clearing operation of various members of the local DRRM Council
