00:00The 2024 presidential election has now been called and Donald Trump will once again serve
00:05in the White House. And to anyone asking, but wait, what will happen with his four criminal
00:09indictments? Well, here's what might come to pass. Trump has already been convicted on 34 felony
00:14counts of falsifying business records to cover up hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels.
00:19His sentencing is set for November 26th, but there is no likely possibility that will be delayed,
00:24possibly even until after his presidency, since he will enter office before he would ever enter
00:29a jail cell. The president elect is also under two federal indictments being prosecuted by special
00:34counsel Jack Smith. Those include an election interference case and the mishandling of
00:39classified documents. Trump has previously said he will fire Smith the moment he gets into office.
00:44What's more, he has also indicated he would pardon himself anyways, something that has never
00:48been done and therefore never challenged. In addition, Donald Trump is now facing charges
00:53for election interference in Georgia. That case was already in peril after Fulton County District
00:57Prosecutor Fonny Willis was found to be having a romantic relationship with the special prosecutor
01:02on the case. Trump cannot pardon himself for this indictment as it is a state crime. However,
01:07he could put this case on hold as federal processes take supremacy over state.
