Over 80 prints by Pablo Picasso are featured in a new British Museum exhibition in London, showcasing his lesser-known work as a printmaker.

00:34What we wanted to do is to show the sort of the best examples from each of the main periods of his printmaking
00:41and to really tell that story of his printmaking, show the different styles,
00:46show some of the subjects that he was interested in such as the circus, the bullfight,
00:52the main relationships he had throughout his life
00:55and also then show a good selection at the end of the exhibition from the 347 suite,
01:02this remarkable suite of 347 etchings, aquatints and drypoints that he made
01:08in just under seven months when he was 86 which we acquired in full in 2014.
