00:29the four-day housing caravan in San Jose del Monte in Bulacan is currently being built,

00:37where qualified beneficiaries from the government will be given affordable housing.

00:42The Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development,

00:48National Housing Authority,

00:50Home Development Mutual Fund,

00:52and other agencies for the government's free housing.

00:55In cooperation with the Housing and Urban Development of the City of San Jose del Monte,

01:00208 beneficiaries were given affordable housing.

01:03This is the next project of Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino,

01:07or 4PH program of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.,

01:10for affordable and safe housing.

01:13The seminar was also given by NISUD, the Homeowners Association,

01:17for the rules and regulations of NISUD.

01:19Issues and concerns of beneficiaries of resettlement sites will be answered by NISUD.

01:26Later, a transfer of Certificate of Titles and Fully Paid Awardees will be held,

01:30which will be followed by the passing of qualified beneficiaries of Pabahay,

01:34appointed by NHA General Manager Joe Mentay,

01:39and Chairperson of the Committee on Housing and Urban Development,

01:42Congresswoman Rita Robes.

01:47For many people, we are fortunate to be given an award

01:50because of the hardship of life, especially for the bereaved.

01:55But this is a big thing for us because we also have children,

02:00for our own home.

02:03This is a big help for a poor person like me.

02:07Of course, when we were awarded this housing,

02:11I was interested that I will finally have a house and land.

02:19This is in my name, that I was transferred by the NHA.

02:24The closing program will start any time from now.
