00:00While I concede this election, I do not concede the fight that fueled this campaign.

00:12U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris officially conceded or accepted the results of the 2024 U.S. presidential elections.

00:20That was a few hours after the former U.S. President thanked President-elect Donald Trump for his support of electoral votes.

00:30According to a projection by the Reuters news agency, Trump had 294 electoral votes.

00:36The majority of electoral votes exceeded 217.

00:40Harris received 223 electoral votes.

00:44Hear me when I say, the light of America's promise will always burn bright.

00:57As long as we never give up and as long as we keep fighting.

01:04In the first election of the 2020 presidential election, Harris also encouraged her supporters to accept the results.

01:11A fundamental principle of American democracy is that when we lose an election, we accept the results.

01:18In our nation, we owe loyalty not to a president or a party, but to the Constitution of the United States.

01:52U.S. President Joe Biden also called on Trump to congratulate him on his victory.

01:57Biden also invited Trump to the White House for a better transition of the administration.
