00:17after their house was hit by strong winds.

00:20As the sun rose in Cagayan province after the typhoon Marse,

00:23a large landslide caused the landslide.

00:26In the old town of Cagayan, which was hit by Marse yesterday,

01:42were given to six towns in Cagayan that were affected by the typhoon Marse.

01:46This is the third time that the typhoon has passed Cagayan
