00:05due to the effects of low winds and the Tropical Depression.

00:09In Benguet, there is no entrance this day from preschool to senior high school in the town of Atok,

00:16while from preschool to elementary school in the town of Kapangan.

00:21In Pangasinan, all levels have no entrance,

00:25while in Manawag, Mangaldan, Rosales, and Mapandan.

00:30In Occidental Mindoro, all levels have no entrance,

00:34while in the towns of Abra de Ilog, Magsaysay, Rizal, and Santa Cruz,

00:40while in the town of Calintaan, entrance is suspended from preschool to senior high school.

00:45In Palawan, all levels have no entrance,

00:48while in the towns of Busuanga and Quezon.

00:52In Belizon, Anini, Barbaza, Culasi, Pagdan, and Sebastos Antique,

00:58while there is no entrance from preschool to senior high school

01:01in Hamtik, Libertad, San Jose del Buenavista, and Tibiao.

01:06In Iloilo Province, entrance is suspended in all levels in the town of Oton,

01:10and from preschool to senior high school in Iloilo City.

01:14Many towns in Negros Occidental have suspended their entrance,

01:18while in Bacolod City,

01:20classes are suspended from preschool to senior high school,

01:23and in Negros Oriental,

01:25entrance is suspended in all levels in the towns of Bais and Bayawan,

01:29while face-to-face classes are suspended in the town of Manduyod.
