00:00For sure, Arsenal, I said in this moment, is the closest one to the best team in England
00:15that is City. But we're going to try to do our game and prepare in the best way we can
00:21and try to win. Hopefully we can win Sunday, we can win that kind of game, but also I think
00:28at the end in this competition, in the Premier League, it's important and it's difficult to
00:34win against any team. Obviously, the margin has become smaller and smaller. It doesn't
00:38mean that the margin doesn't exist no more, but more perfection is going to demand for the future.
00:43So, for sure, we want to win, we have to prepare and we have prepared the game to win it and that's
00:48the only thing that is in our heads. The quality they have, the amount of players that they have
00:53and then Xavi has given his touch and you can see clearly what he wants to do.
00:58I think he's been really brave from day one to consistently follow what he wanted to do.
01:02I know how he thinks, I know a lot of people that know him well
01:06and I'm very happy with him that he's making a lot of progress.
01:10Brad to make a lot of signs this season and he's doing an incredible job, personality, rhythm.
01:16The way they played the last two games against Liverpool was
01:19I couldn't stand it. The result wasn't good, but they played really good.
01:23Always have been tough since Graham Potter, always have been tough,
01:27Brighton, away or home, it doesn't matter. And we'll be no exception.
01:31I think especially this season, the league is so equal. It's very, very competitive.
01:36Everyone can beat everyone and we see it weekend for weekend and that's why
01:41we always see an opportunity, we always see a chance. Of course, we have a lot of respect
01:46because City is for me still the best team in the world, they have the best manager in the world,
01:52but in the end it's a game and we play at home and we want to continue our process
01:57and we see this as the next opportunity to challenge the establishment.
02:02I don't think surprise is the right word to use because I knew the quality of our team.
02:08But quality is one thing, but to be consistent is the second thing.
02:12And I'm not surprised in this because from the moment I started working with them,
02:18I saw how much energy they put in on a daily basis. In general, not surprised
02:23because of the quality I already thought was in the team. And when I started working with them,
02:28I also saw how much effort they put in to get these results.
02:32I've got some very good players. A manager who I think is a good manager, I don't know him that
02:37well, but I've come across him a few times and he speaks very well. He certainly did to me.
02:43Trying to form a side that can win like we all are.
02:45We've been on a better forefront going to take these games on. I think we came away from that
02:50against Fulham, but I thought some of that was back on show against Southampton. Other areas of
02:54the game we could have done better in that game, but we certainly looked to force going forwards
02:56and creating chances. And to give away so little in defence and yet lose a game, then that's
03:01really frustrating, but we've got to correct that this weekend. That's what we look to do.
