00:00Yeah, Jermaine continues to progress well.

00:02I thought his attention to detail during the week.

00:04We had him in on a lot of stuff.

00:05He did a great job of handling all of it.

00:08He had some opportunities in the game

00:09that just didn't quite work out.

00:10He had the one, the strike route,

00:12that he caught down in the low red zone.

00:14There was some other stuff.

00:15He did it just as we had detailed,

00:17kind of being lazy, coming off the ball on purpose,

00:19and then burst in on a double move.

00:20And so I thought he did a good job with the attention to detail.

00:22I thought that he and Joe were on the same page

00:24with a lot of stuff.

00:25Joe spent a lot of time with him during the week,

00:27telling him what he wanted.

00:28I like Jermaine's attitude and enthusiasm.

00:30And didn't get a lot of opportunities that came his way,

00:32but we'll keep progressing him in the system.

00:34And do you think you're helping him

00:35to have that kind of attention to detail

00:37throughout the week, given the week earlier?

00:38Yeah, he's remorseful for what happened.

00:41And he gave us our best this week,

00:43brought a lot of energy.

00:45You can see how important it is to him.

00:47And so again, we're going to continue

00:49to give him opportunities to progress.
