00:21All this that you call as yourself, try to distance yourself a little from it.
00:27Step by step, practice.
00:29See if it is necessary to follow your instincts, your impulses, your thoughts, your feelings.
00:35See whether you can observe them a bit objectively,
00:39just as one observes natural phenomena in science.
00:44When you go to a laboratory, don't you observe things happening?
00:47And you take notes and readings.
00:49Can you observe yourself in the same way without associating yourself with internal events?
