(Adnkronos) - Aperti i lavori della nona edizione Italiana di Elle Active, il forum realizzato da Elle Italia e dedicato al mondo del lavoro al femminile, organizzato presso l’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore a Milano e in svolgimento dal 9 al 10 novembre. L’obiettivo dell’iniziativa è quello di dare voce e spazio a chiunque desideri impegnarsi e avere un approccio attivo a favore di pari opportunità di genere e diversity in ambito lavorativo: donne e uomini di diverse generazioni ed esperienze che con i propri atteggiamenti e comportamenti possono favorire o contrastare la diffusione di visioni stereotipate del femminile e del maschile. In tale contesto, si è tenuto il panel ‘Approfondire e ispirare Pensioni, child penalty, gender pay gap. È possibile una nuova alleanza fra generi e generazioni?’, all’interno del quale è intervenuto anche il presidente dell’Inps Gabriele Fava.

00:24This is the aim of the 9th Italian edition of L'Active, the forum organized by L'Italia and dedicated to the world of female work organized at the Catholic University of the Holy Heart in Milan.
00:35In this context, the panel was held to deepen and inspire Pensions, Child Penalty, Gender Pay Gap.
00:42A new alliance between genders and generations is possible, within which President of the IMSS Gabriele Fava also intervened.
00:50The idea of the IMSS is to help integration more and more, to eliminate or reduce more and more the gap, the occupational gap, especially in favor of women.
01:02But to do this, we need a new pact, a new pact also with companies, in order to improve integration and make the relationship between men and women more fluid, which today still has a generational occupational gap.
01:17For the President of the IMSS, Italy is approaching the reduction of this occupational and generational gap.
01:24With the law of balance of 2025, there is certainly a sensitivity to further reduce this gap, to go against women and men and the family,
01:38in such a way that there are no compromises on the workplace and on the professional career of women, and at the same time it is possible to create a happy and serene family for everyone.
