Thousands protest in Valencia against Spanish authorities' response to flooding

00:24by authorities, including slow response times and delayed alerts about the dangers of the

00:33Protesters are now calling for the resignation of Valencia's regional leader, Carlos Mazón.

00:40It's not the first protest in the region. Spain's royals, Prime Minister Sanchez and

00:45a number of regional leaders were met with angry crowds who threw mud at them when they

00:50visited the municipality of Pai Porta last week.

00:56It comes as new flash floods hit the region of Girona in north-eastern Spain, washing

01:01away 30 cars in the town of Cadaque, according to local media.
