00:16My team and I are here in the town of Echage, in the office of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office and Rescue.

00:24The downpour has not stopped.

00:27Even though the workers here in the adjacent area have evacuated.

00:30Their lawns are exposed to strong winds.

00:33Some residents have evacuated to covered courts and modular tents.

00:38The rescuers have not been able to withstand the strong winds.

00:43According to information from Echage MDRMO,

00:46up to 91 families were evacuated this morning in the town.

00:51That's the base of 241 individuals in Siam na Barangay.

00:55But that can be added because earlier this morning, there was no supply of electricity in this town and some barangays were not in contact.
