00:00Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I ask these two questions because I feel quite disappointed.
00:09Because it seems that there is no punishment for such companies.
00:16Because after only two years of termination in 2019,
00:24Waste-to-Energy worth Rp 4.5 billion was handed over to YTL.
00:29Then in 2021, Rp 3.46 billion has also been given to YTL
00:37in connection with the Multi-Lane Free Flow project.
00:40Then there is Digital Banking License, April 2022,
00:46Extension of Express Real Concession 2024,
00:50and the figure I got is worth Rp 6 billion.
00:55So, it seems that there is no punishment at all.
00:59This means that this matter will continue as usual.
01:04My question, Mr. Speaker, is there a study analysis
01:09on the impact of the expansion of Maya,
01:14or Virtual Learning Environment,
01:18on Google Classroom and Delima as an option
01:21for alternative learning platforms as a whole?
01:26Mr. Speaker.
01:28Thank you for the additional question from Mr. Langkawi.
01:33Indeed, the issue of Rp 1 billion was raised
01:36after this project was awarded in 2011.
01:41And from 2011 to 2019, as I explained earlier,
01:48in the contracts that have been entered by the government at that time,
01:54there have been many problems,
01:57including the lack of payment for the rent.
02:03And the electric charge has also been transferred from the school
02:06to the company to be used for its communication tower.
02:12And after 2019, even though the contract has been terminated,
02:17the tower is still operating for commercial purposes.
02:23And this is a legacy issue that needs to be resolved by the government now.
02:29In 2019, the contract was terminated.
02:32In 2023, when the government took over and took responsibility
02:37to ensure that this issue could be resolved,
02:41the Ministerial Note was also provided.
02:44And in the near future, the Ministerial Memorandum
02:47on both the issue of the rent and the electric charge
02:53will also be concluded by the Ministerial Committee.
02:57The government's commitment now is to ensure that these excessive issues
03:02can be resolved.
03:03And regarding the investigation by the SPRM,
03:06we entrust it to the SPRM to investigate.
03:09Regarding projects that may be awarded,
03:12as stated by the Honorable Langkawi,
03:17I suggest that the Honorable Langkawi can take a look at other related issues,
03:23including financial issues,
03:25related to the related issues,
03:27why the project is still being awarded.
03:30And in terms of a little bit of clarification,
03:33as the Honorable Langkawi said earlier,
03:37after 2019, we started with Google Classroom.
03:41And after that, we built Pelantar Dilimah.
03:44Pelantar Dilimah, which today, I believe,
03:48has provided a good benefit
03:51and an ease of learning in digital education for our children.
03:57In the 11th question, I will answer the question about Dilimah in detail.
