00:00The level of water is being closely monitored by the LGU and their residents.

00:13Even though it's sunny here in Cagayan, the water level is still rising in Cagayan River and its tributaries.
00:20According to the DOST, the heavy rainfall of Baguio-Nica is in Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and Cordillera.
00:30That's why the water is still flowing from the mountains down to Cagayan.
00:36Even though the residents of the area were evacuated yesterday,
00:40the officials are still calling for people to stay home because the water level in Cagayan River is still critical.
00:48According to the RDRRMC, more than 2,000 families were evacuated from the evacuation center.
00:5613 towns were affected by the Baguio-Nica in the entire Cagayan Valley.
01:03According to the RDRRMC Chair and OCD Regional Director Leon D.G. Rafael,
01:08the Baguio-Nica was flooded just like the Baguio-Ulysses where it was flooded by heavy rain.

01:59The assistance to those affected by the typhoon is still being provided,
