The iconic George Square Christmas tree arrived in Glasgow on Tuesday morning as preparations get underway for the light-switch on extravaganza.

On Sunday, November 17, Glasgow's Christmas lights switch-on will be the official countdown for many as thousands gather in George Square for a night of entertainment and festive fun.
