00:00Some of the testimony you will hear them deliver today does not reflect well on influential individuals and
00:06agencies within the US federal government and perhaps some of our contractors welcome to watch mojo and today
00:12We're counting down our picks for the most noteworthy moments from this historic congressional hearing the results of which may see the American government
00:19open up about
00:21extraterrestrial activities arrow and the Pentagon have broken the law by not revealing a significant body of information about UAPs
00:28Including military intelligence databases that have evidence of their existence as physical craft
00:35Number 10 Nancy Mace blasts the Department of Defense
00:39Non-human intelligence exists non-human intelligence has been interacting with humanity
00:44This interaction is not new and it's been ongoing and they're unelected people in the government that are aware of that
00:52Spearheaded by the Committee on Oversight and Accountability the November 13th 2024 hearing on UAPs
00:59Entitled unidentified anomalous phenomena exposing the truth got off to a fiery start
01:05Courtesy of outspoken Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace of South Carolina
01:09No amount of outside pressure would ever keep me from pursuing a subject to ground come hell or high water
01:16On that score. I want to thank our witnesses for being here
01:19We have before us a panel of individuals accomplished in the military in civilian government in science and in journalism
01:27True to the committee's goals and intentions Mace explained that the hearing had been convened in the interest of transparency to taxpayers
01:35specifically representative Mace addressed the need for results whether they identify the cause and true nature of UAPs or
01:42Yield nothing at all in perhaps her boldest moment Mace noted that the Pentagon quote has failed six
01:49Consecutive audits and that it had never successfully passed one adding to this is a runaway
01:55overclassification of documents and materials a
01:58Reluctance to declassify materials when appropriate and at times an outright refusal to share critical information with Congress
02:06Number nine Luis Elizondo's explosive testimony. Let me be clear
02:11UAP are real
02:13Advanced technologies not made by our government or any other government are monitoring sensitive military installations around the globe
02:20Furthermore, the u.s. Is in possession of UAP technologies as are some of our adversaries author and media personality
02:26Elizondo held nothing back during his testimony
02:29This probably wasn't all that surprising to those who have followed his career the self-described former advanced aerospace threat
02:36Identification program director has since at least 2017 been vocal about what he claims is a wide-ranging government conspiracy
02:44I believe we are in the midst of a multi-decade secretive arms race one funded by
02:50misallocated taxpayer dollars and hidden from our elected representatives and
02:54Oversight bodies that would be to keep the public in the dark about UAPs and particularly their possible
03:00Extraterrestrial origins, although Elizondo's statement was by far the briefest of the men called to testify in front of Congress
03:07It's hard to argue that it packed the biggest punch
03:10Elizondo openly accused a small cadre within our own government of creating a culture of suppression and intimidation
03:17Over the topic to the incoming administration in Congress. I say to you
03:22We need immediate public transparency
03:24and this hearing is an important step on that journey if
03:27We approach the UAP topic in the same way as we have America's Americans have met other challenges
03:33We can restore our faith in our government institutions
03:36Number eight a mysterious white orb over Kuwait and since my reporting on this
03:41Immaculate constellation last month another source came forward who told me that they saw a roughly 13 minute long
03:46High definition full-color video of a white orb UAP coming out of the ocean approximately 20 miles off the coast of Kuwait
03:53Michael Schellenberger's testimony expressed the environmental journalists belief that there is quote a growing body of evidence that the government is not being
04:02Transparent about what it knows about unidentified
04:04anomalous phenomena
04:06UAP formerly called UFOs
04:08It was filmed from a helicopter then halfway through the video
04:12The person said the orb is joined by another orb that briefly comes into the frame
04:16From the left before rapidly moving again out of the frame to his point
04:20Schellenberger shared several examples from a whistleblowers report that described several confounding military encounters with supposed UAPs
04:28most notably of all
04:30Schellenberger revealed that he had been informed of a quote
04:32Three minute long high-definition full-color video of a white orb UAP coming out of the ocean
04:39approximately 20 miles off the coast of Kuwait and quote
04:42Declining to name his source the person discovered the video on sipper the secure internet protocol router network
04:48Which the DoD uses to transmit classified information
04:51number seven
04:53Representative Lauren Bobart takes a jab at President Biden
04:56Now that we have all been cautioned in this committee hearing that the mention of Pentagon's
05:02Immaculate Constellation program could put us on a list. Well, I already find myself on many lists
05:09I'm sure so I speak my mind often. So why not just keep going with it? Don't worry
05:15We'll get to the secret shadowy immaculate constellation and what exactly that means in a little bit for now, though
05:22We'll focus on Colorado representative Lauren Bobart's commentary on it
05:26May as well just go all out and say it the earth is flat birds or government
05:31drones and
05:32We've never set on foot on the moon and Joe Biden received 81 million votes in the 2020 election
05:38the controversial outspoken congresswoman has been a staunch ally of president-elect Trump and has repeatedly
05:44Reaffirmed his false claims that his 2020 electoral defeat of Joe Biden was illegitimate in a move that was perhaps
05:52Unsurprising to those familiar with Bobart's previously stated positions
05:55She jokingly rattled off a list of claims that might get her in trouble with the Department of Defense
06:00Including appointed comment about President Biden's 2020 vote count. So let's just see how many how many lists we could get on here today
06:08But mr. Schellenberger. I wanted to ask you I
06:12Think I understand from this hearing that you would agree that
06:17Classifying information like this is not in the best interest of the people. Is that correct? Number six
06:22Elizondo doesn't rule out the possibility of aliens. Okay, mr. Alice Elizondo
06:27You said in your testimony that quote advanced technologies not by our government or any other government are monitoring
06:35sensitive military installations around the globe and quote if these technologies are not made by any
06:40Government who's making them private companies or you implying they are crafted by a non-human intelligence
06:46Luis Elizondo is 2024 memoir imminent inside the Pentagon's hunt for UFOs was an instant smash hit
06:53Debuting at number one on the New York Times bestseller list
06:57Elizondo's book details seemingly unbelievable accounts of extraterrestrial activity on u.s
07:02Soil as well as clandestine government efforts to cover it up when these private companies you're implying or is this non-human intelligence?
07:09It may be both. Okay when it comes to blue force technologies, I would not be able to discuss
07:13Okay, are you read into secret UAP crash retrieval programs?
07:17We would have to have a conversation in a closed session ma'am testifying before Congress
07:22Elizondo claimed that a previously signed document
07:25Limited his ability to speak publicly about UAPs and that the material covered in imminent
07:30Represents what he is legally permitted to discuss as such
07:34Elizondo stated unequivocally that the US government has been involved in UAP crash retrieval operations and that the search for alien life
07:43Definitely had an impact. I
07:45Submitted for my book through the dops are process which took a year for it to be reviewed
07:49And what is in the book is what I was told I'm allowed to talk about as the government conducted secret UAP crash retrieval programs
07:56Yes, or no. Yes. Okay, were they designed to identify and reverse engineer alien craft? Yes or no?
08:02Yes, number five immaculate constellation representative Luna just told me if I say immaculate constellation, I'll be on some list
08:10maybe a FISA warrant, so come at me bro, I guess but
08:15Without objection entered in the record see we told you we were getting there
08:20Perhaps the most mysterious aspect of the much anticipated congressional hearing multiple participants in exposing the truth
08:27Semi-seriously remarked that simply mentioning the existence of the top secret government UAP research would get them quote put on a list
08:36Schellenberger emerged as the main proponent of not only the program's existence
08:39But of its potential dangers the report that was just shared with Congress says immaculate
08:44Constellation serves as a central or parent USAP that consolidates observations of UAPs by both tasks and untasked collection platforms
08:54Immaculate constellation includes high-quality imagery intelligence and measurement and signature intelligence of UAPs
08:59The whistleblowers report adds the author testify that quote a source warned that simply printing the name immaculate
09:05Constellation could trigger government surveillance of me under the Foreign Intelligence
09:10Surveillance Act FISA of whoever publishes it as we mentioned earlier
09:14Schellenberger declined to divulge the nature of any of his sources
09:18But confirmed that they are either present or former US government officials
09:23I think that what the American people need to know is that the US military and intelligence community are sitting on a huge amount of
09:29Visual and other information still photos video photos other sensor
09:34Information and they have for a very long time and it's not those fuzzy
09:38Photos and videos that we begin when there's very clear high res high resolution number four
09:44Michael gold keeps it light the NASA brand is synonymous with hope
09:49Optimism and credibility if you were to take a walk down the National Mall
09:52You would immediately see the NASA logo and t-shirts hats and bumper stickers few federal agencies. Enjoy this kind of popularity
10:00I've never seen anyone wearing an office of personnel management t-shirt in stark contrast to Elizondo and Schellenberger's testimonies
10:08Ex-NASA official Michael gold struck a light even occasionally humorous tone in his gold
10:14Emphasize the instrumental roles that science and academia carry out in helping to shape our understanding of the world and
10:20Included the formal study of UAPs under that umbrella NASA could with relatively little cost and effort
10:28Host symposia on UAP or even just participate in existing panels examining the topic
10:34NASA personnel stepping forward and
10:37Participating in such discussions would make a powerful statement to the scientific community that UAP should be taken seriously and
10:45Researched accordingly for context gold has worked as NASA's former
10:49Associate administrator of space policy and partnerships and is currently the chief growth officer at redwire an aerospace manufacturer
10:56It also seems important to note that while employed at NASA gold was a member of its independent UAP study team in his testimony
11:05Gold was optimistic about the part his former employer could play in combating the stigmatization of UAP research
11:11For relatively little cost and effort NASA could create an AI or ML algorithm that could search the agency's archives for anomalous phenomena
11:19I suspect that such an effort would not only result in information that will help us to understand UAP
11:25But could result in data that will assist in other areas of scientific inquiry such as anomalous weather or meteorite activity
11:31Number three Timothy Galladay's disappearing email during this exercise
11:36I received an email a Navy secure network from the operations officer of US Fleet Forces Command
11:41The email was addressed to all the subordinate commanders and the subject line read in all capital letters
11:47Urgent safety a flight issue the text of the email was brief
11:51But alarming with words to the effect if any of you know what these are
11:55Tell me ASAP
11:56the former assistant secretary of commerce for oceans and atmosphere under President Donald Trump is a well-known member of the UFO community and a
12:04major proponent of declassifying UAP research in the interest of public awareness
12:09Galladay's testimony painted an alarming picture of not only what UAPs may be capable of but the dangers inherent in allowing for
12:17overprotective overreaching government secrecy on the matter
12:20The now declassified video showed an unidentified object exhibiting flight and structural characteristics
12:26unlike anything in our arsenal
12:29The implication of the email was clear the author was asking whether any of the recipients were aware of classified technology
12:36demonstration
12:37Demonstrations that could explain these objects the retired rear admiral described his involvement with the go fast video
12:43One of the most famous depictions of a UAP to date
12:47Galladay testified that an email containing the video had been scrubbed from his account as well as the accounts of other
12:53Officials to whom he'd spoken the very next day that email disappeared from my account and those of the other recipients
13:00without explanation
13:02Moreover, the commander of Fleet Forces Command and the operations officer never discussed the subject
13:08even during weekly meetings specifically designed to address issues affecting exercises like the one in which the Theodore Roosevelt strike group was
13:16Participating number two a commitment to destigmatizing UAP reporting science requires data
13:22Which should be collected without bias or prejudice yet
13:26whenever the topic of UAP arises those who wish to explore the phenomena are often confronted with resistance and ridicule while the
13:34content of its testimonies varied significantly one theme was a constant presence throughout
13:40Unidentified anomalous phenomena exposing the truth and it could even be described as its goal
13:45That theme the fact that Americans should never fear the consequences of speaking out in service of what they feel is right
13:52equally concerning
13:54Last year's UAP hearing also revealed that elements of the government are engaged in a disinformation campaign
13:59To include personal attacks designed to discredit UAP whistleblowers
14:04Having never signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding UAPs and now as a private citizen
14:08I've become an advocate for greater UAP transparency from the government in this case
14:13That would be the stigma associated with UAP whistleblowing gold
14:18Schellenberger Elizondo and Gallaudet all decried the alleged culture of silence and fear that prevented further study of UAPs
14:27In particular gold noted that quote the stigma prevents scientific inquiry the best tool that we have to understand
14:34Anomalies from being fully applied and quote members of the NASA UAP independent study team
14:40Particularly those in academia were mocked and even threatened for simply having the temerity
14:46to engage in the study of UAP

15:02Number one Moskovitz versus Elizondo. I'm a recovering lawyer. So I'm gonna put my hat on for a second
15:08You said you signed a document love that
15:10Who gave that to you the US government sir? Okay, you have a copy of it
15:14It is stored in the skiff right now. I do not have possession of it
15:18The US government does what Department of the US government gave you this document?
15:21I will say the Department of Defense
15:23Unfortunately, I can't say in this forum much more than that
15:25Overall members of the public who were hungry for drama or earth-shattering
15:29Members of the public who were hungry for drama or earth-shattering revelations may have left the hearing disappointed
15:35The general tone was cordial and everyone involved spoke their mind without any great resistance from the congressional panel
15:42However, this is with the notable exception of what threatens to be a heated exchange between Luis Elizondo and Florida House
15:50Representative Jared Moskowitz. You specifically said the document said you can't talk about crash retrieval
15:56Well, you know you can't talk about Fight Club if there's no Fight Club
16:00Correct. Okay. I'm just
16:03Making an observation the congressman jokingly referred to himself as a quote
16:07Recovering lawyer before pressing Elizondo on the documents that would guarantee his silence at one point a comparison to the 1999 film
16:16Fight Club caused the chamber to burst into laughter
16:19Refreshingly the exchange never devolved into mudslinging or name-calling an outcome that seems almost unfathomable in 2024
16:27You're not some
16:29Conspiracy theorist you actually have a legitimate background. Well, sir. I'm certainly not a conspiracy theorist
16:33I'm fact-based just a fact so when you're in this room, I want to paint the picture of everybody
16:38You're in this room. You're by yourself. You're in a skiff. You're handed a document. How long is the document?
16:42It's about a page front and back. What do you think will come of unidentified anomalous phenomena exposing the truth?
16:48Let us know in the comments below if there's no further business without objection the subcommittee stands adjourned
